The affairs of the Corporation shall be managed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Corporation and the Provincial government. Apppointments shall take into consideration fair geographical representation and ensure that the major economic sectors of the area have fair representation. All Directors must be nominated from and shall reside in the region served by the Corporation.
